• We collect limited information such as student names, teacher/grade level (as needed), and parent contact information to organize and fulfill orders.

• Payment details are processed through secure third-party providers and are not stored by Emily Anne Photography.

• Your information is used solely to deliver photo products and communicate important updates regarding your order.

• Student names will not be displayed, published, or shared with any photo, gallery, or promotional material unless we receive explicit written permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Photo Release and Opt-Out

• Photos may be used in future sample albums or promotional materials unless a parent or guardian notifies us via email at photos.emilyanne@gmail.com before photo day.

• If a parent does not wish for their child’s image to be used for marketing purposes, they must opt out in writing.

4. Data Protection

• We keep all personal information confidential and secure. No data is shared with third parties outside of what is required for order fulfillment.

• Digital photo galleries are private and password- or PIN-protected.

5. Digital Security

• Online galleries and digital files are securely hosted and available only to those with the proper access credentials.

• Galleries are live for a limited period, and images are not indexed for public search.
