1. Overview These Terms govern the purchase, use, and distribution of school photo products (prints and digital downloads) provided by Emily Anne Photography.

2. Products & Services

• Photo albums and digital files are available for purchase as advertised.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

3. Order Fulfillment

• Orders are processed within [X] business days and delivered to the school or shipped directly (if applicable).

• Digital downloads are delivered via a secure online gallery with a download PIN.

4. Payment

• Payment is due at checkout via the online ordering platform. No orders are processed without full payment.

5. Retouching

• Standard edits are included (color correction, exposure, minor touch-ups).

• Advanced retouching (e.g., skin smoothing, object removal) is available for $30/image, billed separately by email request.

6. Copyright & Usage

• All images are copyrighted by Emily Anne Photography.

• Parents receive a license to print/download for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.

7. School Revenue Share

• 10% of gross sales from the event will be donated back to the participating school.
